Ingredients:

100% organic whole grain oat flakes (Avena sativa).

Benefits:

• It is a protein source of 10-14%, which includes among others. We also have a 10 to 14% fiber source, which contains β-glucans, a fiber with the benefits of reducing blood cholesterol levels (LDL-C), in addition to regulating digestion.
• It is the cereal with the highest concentration of vitamins and minerals.

Applications:

Try it as a cereal in your breakfasts, on your fruit or as an ingredient in your drinks (atoles, smoothies, water), desserts and dishes. Enjoy it to your liking with our Aires de Campo sweeteners.

Preparation mode:

Use 3 cups of water or milk for 1 measure of oats. Boil water or milk in a saucepan, add the oats, simmer for 20 minutes, let cool before serving and enjoying. Serves approximately 16 people.
