Ingredients:

100% organic black beans (Phaseolus vulgaris).

Applications:

Try them whole, refried, in soup or as an ingredient and garnish in your dishes. Season them to your liking with our Aires de Campo salts, seasonings or oils.

Usage suggestion:

Select, rinse and drain the beans. Use 10 measures of water for each measure of beans. Boil water in a saucepan, add the cleaned beans, season them and cook for approximately 3 hours. Tip: Save cooking time by soaking beans in clean water for at least 4 hours before cooking. Change the water when you boil them.

Store in a cool, dry place.
